We, from our e-commerce site www.georgee.in, organise major sales to various customers all over India and Globally/International customers also.
International enquiries are subject to the completion of all required statutory formalities stipulated by Govt. of India.
The enquiries will be responded with the current rates in US DOLLARS / USD-INR as per subsequent release of proforma invoice in USD.
The required amount, on mutual consents, need to be transferred fully to our Bank Account in advance receipt of which will be confirmed /acknowledged by us to the customers concerned through proper channel.
SHIPPING
Orders received on working days before 4:30 pm shall be shipped within 3 days.
The Products will be shipped through our courier partners/India Post.
CHARGES
Prices/Delivery charges/shipment expenses etc will be as mentioned in the product detail page.
DELIVERY
The items ordered by you will be shipped to the address provided by you in our website. Please ensure to verify the address entered by you before confirming your order to avoid incorrect delivery. Customers belong to city limits near to our office & showroom, either the door delivery will be arranged or customers can collect the items directly.
TIME FRAME
All delivery dates posted online and offline are estimated lead times. Estimated lead times and delivery times are always subject to change without notification. Seller cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery or extended lead times.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at the time of selecting the item. To reflect the policies of the courier companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kerala State in India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ernakulam only for the resolution of any disputes.
