Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

All orders placed through georgee.net are processed with a very short turnaround time and hence cancellation of orders are allowed only within 24 hours and after this time frame the order will be moved to our shipping center.

RETURN POLICY

Orders once shipped will not be taken back. On genuine reasons, return can be accepted only on the confirmation from our side. However, If you happen to receive a defective product, you can raise a returns and replacement query by sending an email to [email protected] within 2 days of the receipt and to attach an image of the item received to enable us to evaluate its condition.

Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be replaced by us on receipt of the damaged product. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly.

REFUND POLICY

Orders once placed shall not be refund. however in genuine cases, you can contact us by email to [email protected] or in the phone number available in the home page on the same day before shipment of the order.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kerala State in India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ernakulam only for the resolution of any disputes.
